Home renovations are difficult on the heating in addition to cooling system

Over the years, I’ve been gradually renovating our house, but i target 1 room at a time because of the big mess, expense in addition to work involved, then the projects regularly take a couple of weeks to complete, but by the time I’m done, I’m eager to wipe my current home in addition to get back to normal for a while; No matter how careful I am to contain the debris within the work area, it regularly spreads throughout the house.

It’s also inconvenient to go without a bathroom, study room or the bedroom for many weeks.

Every room in the current home features legitimately ugly popcorn textured ceilings. They are a big task to remove. I need to scrape every inch of the ceiling with a putty knife, then coat it in drywall mud in addition to sand it. This part of the renovation project is my least number one in addition to causes a gigantic amount of mess in addition to dust. I am legitimately careful about covering the heating/cooling vents in the room. I actually don’t want the dust getting sucked up into the ductwork in addition to contaminating the gas furnace or air conditioner system. However, it’s especially unpleasant to work in a room without access to heating in addition to cooling, but since the people I was with and I don’t have zone control, the whole current home is then left without heating or cooling, then occasionally I just adjust the control unit so that the gas furnace in addition to air conditioner system aren’t laboring so hard. I tape a plastic bag over the vents in the construction zone in addition to hope for the best. I make sure to schedule service for the air conditioner system every Spring in addition to the gas furnace every fall. I suppose that all of my projects pitfallly impact performance. I also have the duct proposal inspected. I don’t want to end up replacing the Heating plus Air Conditioning proposal prematurely.
