Gave our acquaintance some substantial tips with taking care of her Heating plus Air Conditioning in her new home

I was enthusiastic when a great acquaintance of mine was able to purchase her first home. I had owned our condo for a few years, so I had a great amount of experience. I told him that if she ever had any questions or needed help around her house, I would be enthusiastic to help. One thing that I gave as a tip immediately though was to typically make sure to change her air filters & get her Heating plus Air Conditioning tune-ups. She said she should be able to stay on top of everything. Well, she must have forgotten what I said about the Heating plus Air Conditioning tune-ups because she was never getting them. I don’t know she had an Heating plus Air Conditioning professional come out to look at her Heating plus Air Conditioning method even once when I spoke to him about how things were going being a homeowner. Her air quality was disappointing in her house & I realized that she was certainly not changing her air filters enough. I asked him if we could look at the air filter & she didn’t mind. I was surprised when the air filter didn’t seem to be that dirty, but it was a single of those cheaper fiberglass air filters that hardly filter anything. I looked in her Heating plus Air Conditioning vents & saw that it was clogged up entirely bad. I realized it was mainly her ductwork method that was the problem. I also reminded him that she needed to get those Heating plus Air Conditioning tune-ups twice per year or she was going to have extravagant repairs down the road. She ended up getting better air filters & had her ductwork cleaned. She also enrolled in an Heating plus Air Conditioning service idea which is something that I never thought to do. That was a smart move on her behalf, & I know I’m going to do the same thing.
