I had an HVAC professional come to our home this week to perform routine HVAC repair and to diagnose and repair a high humidity issue on our smart control unit; When the HVAC professional was in our home we had great conservation, however his name was Steve and he was really pleasant, however steve was complimenting our home and saying how grateful he was to be in a home that was clean and had finally working air conditioning. All of us live in the south and he has had several clients in the Last year or several that have been separate from air conditioning for weeks. Steve said that when he enters client’s homes that have been separate from air conditioning for a few weeks, not only is it harshly hot and humid in their homes, but often the homes smell due to the stale air. Steve also said that he was recently at a home where the owners were separate from air conditioning for several weeks and had several dogs. Steve stated that the owners did not take care of their dogs, so when he walked into their non air conditioned home, the smell of dog urine and feces was extreme. Steve said that this may have been a single of the worst experiences in his long history as an HVAC professional and he was ready to leave as soon as possible, then i felt so exhausting for Steve and I realized that he has to task in harshly hot conditions, & conditions that are unclean occasionally. Steve stated that a career as an HVAC professional has its ups and downs, and he is always grateful for clients like us.
