If I could supply anybody 1 piece of advice when it comes to building a condo from scratch, it would be to stay involved.
This was the advice I gained from people I knew when our husband & I decided to build our retirement home.
All of us made the condo build project the focus of our life for sure. Ground wasn’t even broken until the two of us updated the Heating & Air Conditioning component in the family condo & got it sold. All of us then moved to a rental component while the condo was being built. Both of us were newly retired so the two of us made sure that at least 1, if not both of us, were onsite each afternoon. From there, it was pretty easy really. And now, the two of us have the best heating & cooling the two of us have ever experienced.
