I used to love our job.
Being a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist had been a dream of mine ever since I was a kid.
My dad would take myself and others along with him when he was doing repair on heating systems and air conditioner units. He instilled a sense of labor ethics and the want to be a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist while I was working with him. As soon as I graduated school, I went to a career center and found where the nearest Heating, Ventilation, and A/C courses were being held. I ended up taking a school course at the local community school. Two years later, I was a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist. I had an neighbors degree in Heating, Ventilation, and A/C and I was beginning our career. I would have never thought I could become as frustrated with our job as I was now. My wifey consistently tells myself and others to look for the silver lining when something frustrateds me. Right now, there is no silver lining. The two of us have a up-to-date owner who seems to be trying to push out all of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialists who were under the outdated owner. I was ready to throw in the towel and quit. My wifey told myself and others that maybe this was just the beginning of a up-to-date career. I didn’t want a up-to-date career because I still wanted to be a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist. I had all the training I needed to be a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor. She smiled when I said that, and said maybe I’m looking in the wrong locale for the silver lining. That was more than two years ago, and I am now a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor with our own growing business.
