For the last three weeks, I hadn’t been feeling up to going to work.
I was sleepy & in need of a change of scenery.
I hadn’t had a getaway in over three years, & I needed to get away from that same old scenery. My fiance called myself and others when my alarm was going off for the fifth time & told myself and others it was time to get out of bed & go to work. I threw the covers over my head & told her to go away, & when I was ready to get out of bed I would. 10 minutes later, she was back in The living room,pulling the covers off me, & told myself and others to get up & go to work. I just told her I didn’t suppose so & tried to go back to sleep. She brought Pepsi up to myself and others & a slice of toast, & asked myself and others what was wrong. I told her I was just discouraged with my task. I understood Heating, Ventilation & A/C was important in this world all of us live in, although I was sleepy. I had been working with Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems for over 30 years now, & I needed to get away for a while. She asked if I wanted to system a getaway so the two of us could get away for a couple of weeks, although I wasn’t sure that was enough. I told her I wanted away from the entire scene. She asked who I thought could take my place in the Heating, Ventilation & A/C business, & I told her I thought our son could do it. I knew he wasn’t ready to take over the ownership of an Heating, Ventilation & A/C business, although I was 65 years old & ready to retire.
