My son made a bunch of friends during those first couple of months and I believe that helped him stay focused on school
My son decided that he wanted to go to school down south, then i wasn’t particularly keen on the system of him going a thoUSAnd miles away for school, but I wanted him to have an education and a degree, my son moved to the school campus shortly after his senior year was over; He wanted to spend the summer time on campus so he could become common with all of the buildings and the school grounds. I thought it was an excellent idea. My son stayed in a student housing facility for the two months that he was there, but the student housing facility was entirely awful. My son sent me pictures of the portable buildings. It absolutely looked like something from a horror film. I have had better repair at a hostel in another country. My son did not seem to care if the accommodations were good or not. He was so gleeful about school that he did not mind having to share a lavatory with 10 other people. My son made a bunch of friends during those first couple of months and I believe that helped him stay focused on school. He did not make a lot of friends absolutely in private school. I know that is a single of the reasons why he wanted to move to the campus early and get a head start on familiarizing himself with everything and most people in the area. It took my son 5 years to get his degree, but he finished with a degree in engineering, now he works at a single of the most prestigious companies in the whole country for engineering.
