It’s 1 thing to own a business, it’s another for it to be successful.
And all of us managed to say all of us have a thriving business. The first time all of us saw the lodge, it was in shambles. The previous owners were older & couldn’t take care of the locale appreciate back in its glory afternoons. Now, they were looking to sell it & pay off some of the debt they had accrued trying to keep the business afloat. The people I was with and I chose to give this locale a chance because all of us have experience in the hospitality industry. But, first was trying to replace it to a presentable state that would attract guests. The lodge required nice heating in Winter time & A/C in summer; Otherwise, people couldn’t prefer a time in this amazing locale at the height of the 2 seasons. Trying to find an affordable commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning system for the lodge was an uphill task. The people I was with and I consulted several Heating plus Air Conditioning companies & they provided us a quote that nearly half the budget of renovating the entire lodge. Finally, 1 Heating plus Air Conditioning company seemed reasonably priced & even provided us a discount for upgrade. They sent over an Heating plus Air Conditioning crew to unaffix the aged heating & cooling systems while checking the HVAC duct. Some of the HVAC duct had to be replaced before they could install the current commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning at the lodge. The people I was with and I ideally wanted to get radiant heating for the lodge to make it more sophisticated. But, all of us had to shelf those plans until later when all of us had made a return on the investment. The time seems right for this & next week all of us meet with the Heating plus Air Conditioning company rep.
