My bandmate Fred did not have a truly superb morning the other morning when we started playing tunes, so he ended up stopping and kneeling on a bench.
He told me that he went to a local business and drank far too much coffee, and that he felt terrible like he was going to get sick, and the same thing happened to me the other morning when I had a big Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance upgrade work to do in the morning.
I drank a bunch of coffee thinking that it would wake me up, however it ended up making me actually feel worse and I had to postpone the work till the next morning. My Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance supplier boss was not truly blissful about it although I told him that it was impossible for me to work that morning feeling in such a way. The body can only take so much caffeine and if you drink too much then it has adverse effects and can make you feel especially sick! So, instead of playing tunes I’m going to focus on cleaning my oil furnace filter and all of the HEPA filters in my dwelling to get ready for the frosty season that is coming soon. I will entirely play this weekend with Fred, although I need to supply him a few afternoons just to relax and get back to normal again. I need to also tell him to stay away from the local business and its coffee, and instead go hang out with my local contractor neighbor and drink some tea, however you need to be super careful what you put in your body, Fred will vouch for me on that.
