I was talking to a nice lady who came to work on my flooring last week! She was taking measurements plus showing me unusual flooring plus carpet plus swatches.
She asked why I was getting rid of the fireplace, plus I told her I couldn’t afford to have it repaired.
She asked if I was willing to sell it, plus I considered it. I told her if she made an enjoyable offer, plus would disassemble it plus take it away, it was hers. My partner was shocked that I may have someone willing to purchase the fireplace. I wasn’t sure if I had a potential buyer, or just someone talking, however I did supply her with our cell phone number! A week later, she was back at our household toiling on the flooring. She asked if I was still interested in getting rid of the fireplace. She had talked to her partner, plus she wanted to see it. I asked if she told her they had to dismantle it plus take it away. She said she would tell her that after she made the choice that she wanted it. I wondered if she had any real idea about how taxing it was going to be to detach every stone plus put it back together the way it came apart. I looked into the whole challenge of the task. It was going to take a lot of time plus a lot of energy to get it done. I didn’t even know for sure what I would charge them to detach the fireplace. I just didn’t want it in my household, so I told her if she took it apart plus removed all the bricks, she could have it for nothing.
