I really don’t guess care about an outdated guy except when I look in the mirror or our body reminds me with the aches & pains. Yet, I am in fact a 72 year outdated person. And that’s outdated anyway you split it, then honestly, it’s really not all that bad. I have never been 1 to go for sitting in the commercial Heating & A/C of the office each day then hitting the recliner in the central air conditioner of our beach home as a routine. Being active care about that really has paid off now that I’m older. Still, our body hurts more now & it takes me a lot longer to reuse from a long day. I’m blissful to still keep taking care of our body in order to keep moving. At 72, I just did something that I have consistently wanted to do. I finished a custom beach home build. After our wife died & I moved to where there’s more of a more than three season situation, I lived initially in an apartment. That was good but I consistently had troubles with the Heating & A/C equipment & loud neighbors. There’s never enough heating when it’s really cold & never enough cooling when it was really hot. So that sort of pushed me in to wanting to build our own little locale. So it’s a more than one dining room spot that has plenty big enough for me & our new wifey. But the largest bonus is the fact that I have a geothermal heat pump. It’s super efficient but I really love the radiant floor heating. It takes me back to when I was a little boy & our parents had a home with a big boiler in the basement & radiant heating all through the house. It’s an awesome home with the best quality heating & air ever.
