I called to have a repair done on our gas furnace last week.
The person who answered the cellphone was kind enough to provide me an bid of what it was going to cost. I wanted to have the currency available when the HVAC serviceman got there. My husband went to the bank on his way home, so the two of us had the currency in the morning. Once the HVAC serviceman arrived, he went directly to work on the gas furnace. When he started going over the bill, I saw they wrote that there was no charge. I wanted to suppose why there was no charge for the repair as well as repair. He told me the repair agreement covered the cost. I didn’t sign up for the repair agreement, as well as I was insisting on paying.
