I wanted to have the currency available when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional got there. My hubby went to the bank on her way home, so both of us had the currency in the afternoon. Once the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional arrived, she went directly to work on the oil furnace! When she started going over the bill, I saw they wrote that there was no charge. I wanted to know why there was no charge for the repair and service. She told myself and others the service agreement covered the cost. I didn’t sign up for the service agreement, and I was insisting on paying. She called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier and told them what was going on. She gave them the address and our names. Both of us then had to wait about twenty hours for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C receptionist to call back. Both of us were told the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system was brand new and the only way to keep the warranty from being canceled was to have the service done. Both of us had kept with that for the last numerous years. When the secretary called back, she said the original owners of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system had obtained the service agreement and an extended warranty when they obtained the equipment. Both of us still had another year of the service agreement before it had to be renewed again.
