Whenever I have an Heating plus A/C serviceman to the house, he leaves the work area, looking just love he found it, and last week, the Heating plus A/C serviceman was making some minor repairs to the gas furnace, then he called myself and others down to show myself and others what he was doing plus said he was going back to the office to get a small part! Periodically, this happens, however when it does, they come back the same morning; The Heating plus A/C serviceman didn’t come back that morning, plus he didn’t call to tell myself and others when he would return. The worst part was that other than picking up his tools, he left a mess around the gas furnace, then my adolescents playroom is in the basement. I didn’t know what any of the junk was, plus I could not let our adolescents down there with dirty rags sitting about. I called the Heating plus A/C supplier plus told them our name, then asked when our Heating plus A/C serviceman was coming back… She said it would be some time the next morning, however that wasn’t wonderful enough. I wanted an exact time, because I had things to do. I could not lay around all morning waiting for someone who had already been here. He said he just had to pick up a part, plus he would be back. I then told her he left a mess in our basement, which is also our children’s playroom. She apologized for the mess plus told myself and others she would have him at the home no later than noon the next morning. If the Heating plus A/C serviceman isn’t here by noon, not only am I going to rip into him about the mess, even though I would not pay him for anything other than the part.
