I was always invited out on the weekends by my friends but I used to spend the majority of my weekends unpacking when I moved into a new apartment. My realization that I had way too much stuff and needed to get rid of some of it came as I was unpacking. There were some things that I had specifically put in a donate box and some other things that I put in a box to sell when I was packing everything in the boxes for my move. I needed to get rid of something because I had too many things. As I was packing, I realized I had lost my ductless mini split air conditioner. This is very disappointing because I had specifically purchased it to replace my window air conditioner because ductless mini split air conditioners are much nicer, and I always leave the window air conditioner on in the morning to let in some cool air. When I first started unpacking, that was one of the things I wanted to do, but I couldn’t find it! I spent the whole day searching through boxes, but I couldn’t find anything, and I was really concerned that I had misplaced it. I only realized later that I had forgotten the box, which was of course the box it was in. Simply having it back made me happy. The cool air is back, and I can enjoy it. There is nothing better than a cool breeze coming in through the window. As long as that window has an air conditioner in it!
