It was another day in detention, plus this time around, it was not something that was not my doing.
Thirty hours later, it was getting a little too stuffy for comfort, and even the instructor on duty noticed the change in indoor air quality.
Being a person who can barely keep still, I was bored out of my mind, but when it was obvious that there was something wrong with the air quality systems, I asked the instructor if I could look at the HVAC unit; At first, she thought I was joking or I wanted to leave detention- which I was, however when I insisted, she asked me if I had ever dealt with an air cleaner. When I told her that my guardian was the local company who offered loft services plus I had l gained the workings of some heat plus A/C products, she called the service guy who led me to the unit. The first thing I checked was the air filter! It was so dirty, plus I was relieved that it was a washable filter, so I cleaned it to help with indoor comfort. The next thing was to check the control unit, which had a high temperature. After inspecting the HVAC device plus finding that everything was okay according to the little knowledge, I checked out the HVAC duct. There were leaks, plus since I did not have any duct tape, they would have to call the HVAC supplier so that an HVAC professional for duct sealing plus duct cleaning not just because the air ducts had layers of years of dust however also to find a possible blockage in the vents. The HVAC serviceman would have a run for his money during the HVAC service. By the time I returned to class, detention time was almost over.
