The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist stymied myself and others last week. He came upstairs, said excuse me, & left. There was no explanation why he was leaving. He didn’t tell myself and others if the furnace was repaired, then all I knew was that he was leaving, or I assumed he was leaving. I was sure if he was just going to the repair for something, or leaving until I saw the repair van pull away. I waited over an hour before I called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor to see what had happened. The receptionist said she didn’t know, because they had heard nothing from him. They thought the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist was still at my home. I told her she thought wrong, & I wanted to guess why he excused himself & left. She agreed she would also appreciate to have that question answered. An hour later, I got a phone call from the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealer. She was sending a weird Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist to the house… When I asked what happened to the first Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist; she said it wasn’t her story to tell, although he had something personal to attend to. I knew what it was appreciate to have a personal matter come up while at work! You either wait until the work has been completed, or you tell the person you are laboring for what has happened. You never just walk out on a job. My spouse told myself and others my need to guess what happened to the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist was just my nosey side coming out. Although the furnace was repaired, I was still curious, & truly wanted to call & see if I could get an answer about why the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist left.
