The last time we were all at the dentist, we had quite an adventure.
- It was a couple of weeks ago and we actually got locked out of the car in the cold after we were all done with our family dental appointments.
I could not believe it. This was the first time that I had been locked out of the car in literally years. I don’t know why in the world I ended up locking the keys in the car this time. I actually don’t even know how it happened. My car is supposed to beep at me to remind me to get the keys out but it didn’t work this time for some reason. Anyway, we didn’t even know that we were locked out that day until we came out of the dentist’s office and we couldn’t get back into the car. My kids were all there to get fitted for their Invisalign braces and so we were all there for a really long time. We were all starving and ready for lunch by the time we came outside and so it couldn’t have happened to us at a worse time. I was so annoyed that I couldn’t get into the car that I was really thinking about breaking the window to get back in. I didn’t do that, of course, but I wanted to. At that point, I felt like we had been at the dentist forever! We wasted our entire morning at the dentist office and on these Invisalign braces that they all think they just have to have.
