I don’t know exactly what is going on with the heating and air conditioning industry, but I scheduled a heating and air conditioning appointment for last Tuesday, and the heating and cooling guy never even showed up. Now that it is Thursday, the HVAC company gave me an explanation for why they couldn’t come out on Tuesday but said they would on Thursday. I had rescheduled my heating and air conditioning appointment. On Thursday at 2:00 PM, they were supposed to be here. Now that it’s 3:00 p.m. and I haven’t heard from the heating and cooling company, I’m beginning to worry that Tuesday’s events will repeat themselves and they won’t even attempt to arrive. Why can’t the HVAC company just show up and do their job and why are they always so late? Why do they find that so difficult? So that I don’t have to worry about it having any problems, I really need my heating and air conditioning system checked out and serviced. However, if the HVAC technician would just arrive, this would be much simpler. After all, 3:30 p.m. The heat and air conditioning technician informed me that he was running behind schedule due to a challenging repair that he was still working on with a different customer. At 4:45, he finally arrives at my home and works for another two hours to complete simple heat and cooling repairs that would have taken a few other air conditioning specialists I’ve had out here only 45 minutes to complete. I’m considering working with a brand-new heating and cooling company.
