This is so much better than dealing with central heating for the same exact reasons I mentioned above
I really miss the old window air conditioning units. I feel that window air conditioners are much better than central air conditioning. I know that may sound strange but it is my findings and what I feel. With window air conditioning systems you do not need to have any major heat and a/c maintenance on them. With central heating and air conditioning systems in general you have to spend hundreds of dollars alone on HVAC maintenance. Not to mention, I feel that central air conditioning can get a bit dry at times. While window air conditioning system units are not dry. They have a bit of humidity to them which I like. With all that said, I have an old window air conditioning system in every single room in my house, including a really big window air conditioning system unit in the living room area of the house. Some people look at me like I am strange, but it does not matter to me because this is the way I choose to cool my home. When it comes to heating, I am just the same. I have an old gas furnace. This is so much better than dealing with central heating for the same exact reasons I mentioned above. There are some that agree with me that I know, but those are very few and far between. If they could just bring back window air conditioning systems as the basic normal I think heating and cooling would be much better to deal with!
