When I walked into our property for the first time in numerous weeks, the indoor air quality was not so great.
I had left my younger sibling Linda to house-sit for me while I was away for work.
When I went, the air conditioning equipment in the living room was making some very crazy noises, and I asked Linda to contact the property services company on my behalf and have the concern fixed right away. I sent her the number of my favorite Heating and A/C equipment business and gave her a brief of my observations so that when the Heating and A/C equipment worker came, they would have a reasonable idea of what they were aiming to fix. I knew Linda liked to take things apart and then put them back, so I asked her not to mess around with our Heating and A/C equipment and to let the professionals do it instead. She loves researching all sorts of interesting things, and the heating and cooling industry has been no exception. She absolutely knows more about air conditioning equipment than I do, but I still needed to be more confident with her YouTube-gained skills. She once fixed our temperature control equipment, however that was as far as I would go in allowing her to be our AC equipment expert. However, I let her check the air duct and seal any leaks she found, but other than inspecting the air duct, she could also upgrade the AC filter. Being the smart cookie she is, she called and told them that she wanted Heating and A/C equipment repair. She ensured that the Heating and A/C professional who came took care of the air conditioning equipment upgrade completely and that everything was running beautifully by the time he left. When I returned back to the property, I immediately felt the difference compared to how I had left the house. The servicing did a fair amount to help with indoor comfort.
