Jackie and my sister have been friends for a long time.
To be honest, I’ve had a crush on her for as long as they’ve been friends. But, I consistently try to hide it because I am 2 years younger than Jackie, then she graduated high school with my sister and went off to university. I was still in high school, so I kept my feelings to myself. I suppose my sister knows although she chooses to ignore it. Anyway, Jackie knew she consistently wanted to become an Heating and A/C tech since she was in middle school. So, after high school, she joined a local community university to learn to become a Heating and A/C tech. Once she was done with school, she would become a certified Heating and A/C tech. My sister went to the same university, although she wanted to become an auto mechanic. She loves cars, and is consistently repairing things with our dad. So, it was good to see her go to school, and pursue a career she liked. A year after joining university, Jackie graduated, and got her Heating and A/C certification. She was then employed by a local Heating and A/C dealer, and it’s been 2 years now, recently, we were having troubles with the Heating and A/C system and Dad wanted to replace it. She needed help picking out the best Heating and A/C system and Jackie came by to provide Dad the best advice. I was so glad to see and we actually had a conversation as Dad was about 10 minutes from home, and despite being two years older than me, I had to at least shoot my shot. I asked Jackie out and she said yeah. So, this Friday I am going out with a appealing Heating and A/C specialist.
