A reminder about the central boiler flashed on my iPhone’s screen, all thanks to technology where I could actually set reminders on my wi-fi enabled temperature control that synced with my iPhone.
I could access all the information on it, including making adjustments to the heating plus cooling system, through an application on my iPhone.
With the old dial temperature control, this would not be possible. The challenge was that I was miles away from home, missed last year’s boiler/heater tune-up, plus knew that the boiler needed servicing. It had been a while since I contacted the heating plus cooling provider. The only thing in my control at the time was implementing one of the energy-saving tips: turn the temperature to the lowest possible when nobody was in the house. The electric boiler provides quality heating, plus I had never considered other help with indoor comfort. Not to mention the radiant floors in the lavatory, which encouraged me to take long showers even during the chilly season because the indoor comfort was on another level. The new HVAC device was valuable however every bit worth it plus, I had gotten a discount from the heating company since it was during their grand opening. The HVAC specialist did an impeccable task on the replacement. The HVAC repairman who came for the first boiler service commended the task. I would have to wait ten days until I got household because I was sure nothing could go wrong in such a short period. I also had a portable space boiler that a heating contractor had insisted I purchase just in case my theory was proved wrong, either way, I would have to contact the heating company without fail, especially when replacing the boiler filter.
