A good read is the cooling warranty book

Hey, here’s an idea; learn the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C warranty.

This was something that should be required reading for any homeowner out there.

I learned just how pressing it is to make sure you understand some particulars in that Heating, Ventilation, and A/C warranty. Sometimes lessons like this needlessly become quite luxurious lessons. Man, was that ever the case in my situation, but reading the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C warranty should be required reading for every homeowner I believe. I was far too cool for that as I consider myself fairly handy around the house. I like a condo improvement project if you know what I mean. All I needed to know about the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C warranty was that it was registered with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business on time. I guess I had like a 50 or so afternoon window to get the current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component warranty registered. And oh yea, I was pretty proud of myself for knowing that detail. Turns out, I didn’t know the half of it. So fast forward a few years and there appears to be a hiccup with the a/c one day, as the heat pump was running but no cooling. I don’t call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C pros and try to figure it out on my own. No way, I don’t need a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert for that because I can do condo improvement projects. I guess in my mind that somehow equated to years of certain Heating, Ventilation, and A/C training and certifications. Of course, I only made it worse and I had to end up calling the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker. Had I learned the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C warranty, I’d have called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C pros from the jump. And I would also still have a warranty on my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. But I voided that by working on the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component myself.
