It’s strange how abruptly life can change on a person, or on a planet for that matter, and the pandemic absolutely proved that to be true. I’m now working from a condo in an office space that is absolutely everything I’ve ever wanted. Working inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of the office came to a swift end when the pandemic absolutely hit about three or so years ago. Since then, I’ve been working from a condo and I have to say that I absolutely savor it. At first, there was a real transition stage because I was having a difficult time finding space and privacy inside the central a/c of home. I was just sort of moving throughout the household to find a spot where I could kneel in peace with my little PC. Soon though, I figured that since there weren’t going to be any guests for the foreseeable future, that was going to be my office. Once I had the space thing figured out, I was amazed to see just how abruptly I took to working remotely from home. I wasn’t missing anything about the office except for the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. And this was one of the few things that I had a difficult time dealing with at first. The a/c costs can get out of hand in a hurry if you’re not paying attention to them. So once I decided that I was staying with the remote work, I had the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corp install a ductless heat pump inside my small condo office. Now, the old office has nothing on my condo situation and the ductless heat pump delivers the sort of quality heating and air that I had been missing.
