The guy troubleshooted all of the problems and safely fixed the issue before leaving. The guy also gave us a 6-month warranty that the equipment will function safely and efficiently. If we have any issues at all with the same outlet, we can call for free troubleshooting. Since we had same day call service, the electrical contractor charged us the same day emergency rates. The emergency electrician wasn’t cheap. It was about $450 to get the problems fixed. I had to write a check and post the date for pay day. I was thankful the company allowed me to do that, because otherwise, I would have needed to go to the shop and get a payday loan. My wife hates when we have to get a payday loan. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sit around and do nothing about the obvious wiring problem. It could have caused a fire.
