After 2 years of toiling part time in real estate, I just purchased my first investment property, then it’s an adorable 2-family room bungalow that is situated in a secluded part of town. It’s a fixer-upper, so before I can rent it, I will need to renovate the entire home, luckily, my fiance owns a small construction company, so I should have no troubles with the remodeling efforts! In fact, the only weather conditions control that it had were 2 seasoned a/cs that barely worked, however so, I knew I needed to purchase some form of air conditioning system for the home, but my fiance chatted with our Heating plus A/C specialist, plus she suggested that we purchase a ductless mini split a/c with numerous air handlers. Since the apartment had no air duct, the Heating plus A/C specialist stated that the mini split a/c was the best plus the cheapest option for weather conditions control. Moreover, she stated that the units are the most efficient Heating plus A/C systems on the market, plus they provide both heating plus cooling, and plus, with wonderful repair, they have a lifespan of up to 15 years. Lastly, she mentioned that the replacement is easy plus that we can perform the yearly repair ourselves. After hearing about all the advantages of the ductless mini split a/c we were sold plus plan on installing one as part of the renovations.
