After 2 years of working part time in real estate, I just purchased my first investment property. It’s an adorable 2-bedroom bungalow that is located in a secluded part of town. It’s a fixer-upper, so before I can rent it, I will need to renovate the entire home, however luckily, my hubby owns a small construction dealer, so I should have no troubles with the remodeling efforts, but when my associate and I purchased the home, my associate and I knew that it needed a lot of work, however the dwelling was so cute that my vision for it outweighed the upfront cost to renovate the home, then aside from the renovation, the dwelling did not have an Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit. In fact, the only climate control that it had were 2 old a/cs that barely worked, however so, I knew I needed to purchase some form of a/c for the home, my hubby chatted with our Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist, and he recommended that my associate and I purchase a ductless mini split a/c with numerous air handlers. Since the dwelling had no ductwork, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist stated that the mini split a/c was the best and the cheapest choice for climate control. Moreover, he stated that the units are the most efficient Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems on the market, and they deliver both heating and cooling, however plus, with nice repair, they have a lifespan of up to 15 years. Lastly, he mentioned that the upgrade is easy and that my associate and I can perform the yearly repair ourselves. After hearing about all the advantages of the ductless mini split a/c my associate and I were sold and plan on installing one as part of the renovations.
