Lately, I have been feeling like my home has been a little off.
- By a little off I mean that the air in my home is not like it usually feels.
I set it to a temperature on the thermostat. This temperature rarely changes. I often feel as if it is not always that temperature in my house though. Sometimes it is as warm as I set it and other times it seems as if it is not working at all. I thought maybe it was all in my head. I noticed though that it always feels different. There is absolutely no consistency whatsoever. I called my HVAC company that I usually go through. I was wondering if there was anything that they could he’ll me with. I thought that maybe there was something that they could fix. They said that it does happen sometimes. They were going to come over to check it out. They looked at the system the same day. They said everything seemed to be fine. The only reason they could come up with is that the thermostat is malfunctioning. It controls the heating and cooling of the house. If it does not work properly, something like this may occur. They said they could try to install a brand new thermostat with no charge until they could find that the thermostat was the problem. So, they installed a new thermostat. They told me to call back in a week to see if there was any difference. It turned out that there’s was a huge difference. I felt that I even needed to turn the thermostat down because it was working so well. You never know what it could be.
