My partner honestly tries his best to install new things for the house and do little repairs and renovations, then he does a nice task, not the best, and has made some mistakes here and there although he gets the task done…eventually; I think it takes him a while to get the concept down and to figure certain things out because it literally took him almost a afternoon to try to change an air filter. At first he couldn’t figure out where heating and cooling air filter was situated. He had to call his sibling who is a local heating and cooling worker on where it was situated and what kind of filter he needed, then little did he know that the size of the air filter is the one that has already currently in the heating and cooling system. I remember him getting off the phone with his sibling and he was so embarrassed. I kind of felt bad for him because he tries to live up to his siblings knowledge on repairs and renovations. However last weekmy partner went to the store and he found a smart wi-fi thermostat on sale. I have consistently wanted one of those and he surprised me with it and he installed it. I was actually impressed by this and I did not ask him if he asked his sibling for help, I actually wanted to show him how happy I was. He went through the new thermostat with me and showed me all the additional features. He showed the different notifications on how it’ll notify us when we may need to have our heating and cooling system repair and cleaned. He also showed me the app that would allow us to control the temperature in our house from anywhere as long as we had repair on our phone. I was actually happy and impressed that my partner bought and installed the smart wi-fi thermostat!
