My son has recently started to have an interest in baseball.
I do not mind this at all.
I love seeing him be active. He is even very cute in his baseball outfit. He practices often. He will practice with his dad or his brothers. He will even play with his friends when they come over. Some of his friends here over just the other day. They were playing outside and I was hanging out on the deck watching. After awhile when I had gone inside to get them snacks, the house was quite warm. I couldn’t believe how warm it had gotten. I felt like I was instantly sweating. I went to look at the thermostat. It was set to a temperature, but the house was much warmer. I made sure the thermostat said the HVAC system was running. It was definitely turned on. I went to look at the HVAC system because sometimes the filters get clogged earlier than they should. The filters seemed fine. I did not notice anything out of the ordinary. I had to call an HVAC business, so they could send an HVAC technician to come look at the unit. He arrived soon after the phone call. I was lucky he was so quick to come to my house. He found that some of the parts inside of the unit had stopped working. One of the motors had quit. It had gotten a little old and couldn’t work anymore. He pulled many things apart, but was finished within an hour. I was still able t make the boys some snacks even though I was sweating the entire time.
