Replace the a/c

There’s so several old things in my home that I need replacing.

I live rent out my home and my landlord just doesn’t seem like he has the time or money to substitute them.

I’m paying my landlord $1200 a month so I do not see why he would not have the money. But there are times when I do have to worry about my landlord coming in and doing repairs and substitutes to the house. I consistently have to make sure that my condo is scrub because I don’t want my landlord coming in and seeing how dirty it can get and I also have to hide my cat because no pets are allowed. Last month we were starting to get in the Springtime and where I live, once Spring hits the weather starts to reach between 74 and 85 degrees! So I went to my thermostat and I turned temperature down to 65 so the a/c could kick on. For the past two days I experienced no cool air coming from out of the air vents, then periodically the a/c wouldn’t kick on and then other times when I would hear something kick on however there was just sizzling air coming out of the air registers. I was actually confused and since I’m no heating or cooling worker, I decided to call my landlord to see if he could repair the issue. It turned out to be a actually simple fix. Since the unit is old there is a switch on the furnace that needed to be set to the season. For example it had to be set to cool so the thermostat could work with the a/c. I actually wish that my landlord would have told me this so I would not have to bother him and scramble around trying to scrub my home swiftly and hide my cat.

a/c tune up
