There’s so many old things in my household that I need replacing.
- I live rent out my household in addition to my proprietor just doesn’t seem like she has the time or money to substitute them.
I’m paying my proprietor $1200 a month so I do not see why she would not have the money. But there are times when I do have to worry about my proprietor coming in in addition to doing repairs in addition to substitutes to the house. I constantly have to make sure that my house is disinfect because I don’t want my proprietor coming in in addition to seeing how dirty it can get in addition to I also have to hide my pet because no pets are allowed. Last month we were starting to get in the Springtime in addition to where I live, once Spring hits the weather starts to reach between 68 in addition to 85 degrees… So I went to my temperature control in addition to I turned temperature down to 65 so the air conditioner could kick on. For the past two mornings I experienced no cool air coming from out of the air vents. Sporadically the air conditioner wouldn’t kick on in addition to then other times when I would hear something kick on but there was just warm air coming out of the air registers. I was legitimately confused in addition to since I’m no heating or cooling serviceman, I decided to call my proprietor to see if she could repair the issue. It turned out to be a legitimately simple fix. Since the component is old there is a switch on the furnace that needed to be set to the season. For example it had to be set to cool so the temperature control could work with the air conditioner. I entirely wish that my proprietor would have told me this so I would not have to bother him in addition to scramble around trying to disinfect my household suddenly in addition to hide my cat.
