I have been having some major issues with my landlord for the last couple of months.
It seems like I can’t get a hold of him no matter how strenuous I try.
I have had complications with some of the appliances around my condo that require my landlord to help me service as well as I need him to answer her iPhone, then however, it seems like no matter how many times I call my landlord she won’t option up. I have even tried to text as well as SMS him, however neither one of those things have helped either. So, last monthwhen my air conditioning stopped toiling I already knew that it was going to be an issue getting it fixed. I wondered if I should try to call an Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier myself separate from trying to get my landlords approval, however then I might have to pay for the cost of having my air conditioning fixed. I knew that getting my air conditioner fixed would cost me a ton of money as well as I really didn’t have enough to cover the cost of the air conditioning repair. So, I tried to call my landlord about six times separate from him responding. I really don’t know what to do at this point because I really just want to have the air conditioning toiling properly in my apartment. I really don’t want to have to wait any longer because it is the middle of the summer time time as well as I am sleepy of being in my apartment as well as perspiring separate from the air conditioning.
