I have been having some major issues with my property owner for the last couple of months.
It seems like I can’t get a hold of him no matter how taxing I try. I have had concerns with some of the appliances around my home that require my property owner to help me service in addition to I need him to answer his phone. However, it seems like no matter how several times I call my property owner he won’t option up. I have even tried to text in addition to text him, but neither one of those things have helped either. So, last weekwhen my A/C stopped laboring I already knew that it was going to be an issue getting it fixed. I wondered if I should try to call an Heating in addition to Air Conditioning business myself separate from trying to get my property owners approval, but after that I might have to pay for the cost of having my A/C fixed. I knew that getting my cooling system fixed would cost me a ton of money in addition to I legitimately didn’t have enough to cover the cost of the A/C repair. So, I tried to call my property owner about six times separate from him responding. I legitimately don’t know what to do at this point because I legitimately just want to have the A/C laboring officially in my apartment. I legitimately don’t want to have to wait any longer because it is the middle of the summer time time in addition to I am tired of being in my home in addition to covered in sweat separate from the A/C.
