I just graduated from school & to say I am struggling with money is an understatement.
Since I am trying to save money, I decided it would be best to have a roommate until I find a task where I make enough money to move out on my own.
I am fortunate that my best neighbor is my roommate because we get along so well, however my buddy and I live in a small house building & there isn’t much to our place other than a small bedroom & two home offices, then however, I love our little site. My buddy and I are both so busy because we work two tasks that sometimes we forget about respected maintenance on our site. Our landlord normally handles everything, however one thing we are supposed to take care of is the Heating & Air Conditioning system maintenance. My buddy and I are supposed to be paying for a Heating & Air Conditioning contractor to come out & look at our Heating & Air Conditioning system once a month, however we have never called them. I don’t want to waste money on having a Heating & Air Conditioning contractor come out when we both know that everything is going to be okay. However, this though process was a terrible idea! When we finally called the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor to come out, we had major complications with our heating & cooling system that would cost over a thousand dollars to fix. I knew that our landlord was going to be so mad at us, however we were going to have to tell him because we couldn’t afford to have the Heating & Air Conditioning complications fixed on our own.
