I just graduated from university & to say I am struggling with money is an understatement.
Since I am trying to save money, I decided it would be best to have a roommate until I find a task where I make enough money to transfer out on my own.
I am lucky that my best acquaintance is my roommate because we get along so well, and we live in a small apartment building & there isn’t much to our locale other than a small living room & two living rooms, and however, I love our little locale. We are both so busy because we labor two tasks that sometimes we forget about official service on our locale; Our landlord normally handles everything, however one thing we are supposed to take care of is the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system service. We are supposed to be paying for a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier to come out & look at our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system once a month, however we have never called them. I don’t want to waste money on having a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier come out when we both know that everything is going to be okay. However, this though process was a exhausting idea. When we finally called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier to come out, we had major problems with our heating & cooling system that would cost over a thousand dollars to fix. I knew that our landlord was going to be so mad at us, however we were going to have to tell him because we couldn’t afford to have the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C complications fixed on our own.
