I travel almost every afternoon out of the month. It is pretty stressful & I really don’t get much time at home. I wish I didn’t have to pay paying for my condo because I am realistically there only two weekends a month. One of my biggest pet peeves is having to my energy bill each month because I really don’t spend any time at my condo & I don’t want to have to pay for running my heating & cooling system when I am not there. I decided to call my local Heating & Air Conditioning contractor to see if they could offer any suggestions for me. They said I should look into getting a smart control device installed in my house. This would allow me to control the temperature of my condo from my smartphone. I would be able to keep the Heating & Air Conditioning system turned off & then turn it on from my cellphone when I was returning home. They said smart control units save people an average of thirty percent on their biweekly utility bills. I know that it will cost a little bit at first to have the smart control device installed, even though I assume in the long run it will really save me some money & I will be able to have peace of mind knowing that I am not spending a small fortune each month on the energy bill when I am not even there to enjoy it. I can now turn off my heating & cooling system when I am gone & not worry about a thing!
