It Was Smarter To Replace My Furnace

I’ve been dealing with boiler problems ever since I moved into this house. I knew that the boiler was over a decade seasoned & that I’d actually experience a few disadvantages here & there. However, I wasn’t expecting the frequency of problems or how fancy they would be. I assumed that I’d be able to hire an Heating, Ventilation & A/C company twice per year to service my Heating, Ventilation & A/C system & get by with a moderate utility bill, and unfortunately, my boiler has only gotten worse with age & I’ve spent a lot of money on repairs & energy bills. After airing my complaints about my boiler to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation, they recommended that I look into replacing the boiler altogether. In fact, they told me that a new boiler was the only solution! My boiler was well past its “due date” & my fancy energy bills were never going to drop low enough to keep it. The boiler would consistently need repairs & I’d end up paying more on biweekly energy bills than a new boiler if I kept using it. I could not kneel the idea of paying more for my biweekly energy bills, so I had no choice however to replace the boiler, new boilers were fancy, however it made more financial sense to buy one then to leave the one I had. Thankfully, there was financing available to help me afford the brand new boiler. I could gradually spend money off the boiler separate from splitting the bank, while reaping the benefits of a highly efficient, state of the art boiler.
