I tried keeping myself right next to the thermostat, so I could entirely switch between the boiler & A/C as needed, but then I was further away from the family room & powder room, eventually, I decided enough was enough & had a space boiler shipped to my house
I have ridden horses since I was a little girl, & was undoubtedly heavily involved for most of my youth, and i worked at horse barns to get the lesson horses ready & gained myself free riding privileges for numerous years. Then I finally owned my own horse & lived close enough to ride her for hours every day. Truly, I was obsessed with the animals & got quite skilled at riding & handling them. That’s why it was so surprising the day that I was bucked off & broke my leg. I’ve never sustained a drastic injury before, so this was especially strange… Now I was quickly holed up at home, barely able to hobble to the powder room even. It became a sizable concern with the heating & cooling in my house, because of the medicine I was consistently alternating between being warm & freezing & needed to adjust the thermostat time & time again. The faulty boiler was actually acting up & wouldn’t hold a steady temperature, either. I tried keeping myself right next to the thermostat, so I could entirely switch between the boiler & A/C as needed, but then I was further away from the family room & powder room, eventually, I decided enough was enough & had a space boiler shipped to my house. Now I can turn the little boiler on as needed, & just drag it around the home with me so it’s typically conveniently at hand. I can’t wait for this leg to heal so I can go back to being fully mobile & using a proper Heating & Air Conditioning system again.
