My air conditioner is not laboring right.
I have never had troubles with anything in my apartment until this past week.
I absolutely cherish my apartment. I have lived here for over ten years, plus I have nothing terrible to say about my condo owner or neighbors. I cherish it here. I thought for sure I would buy a apartment by now, although I just don’t feel the need to because I absolutely cherish where I live. My condo owner is a good guy, plus he has regularly done everything that he can to make the living here good for his renters. I really savor him. Well, he just had a stroke a few days ago, plus he is in the hospital. He is trying to find someone to take care of troubles at the apartments, but he has not had any luck yet. Well, my air conditioner started giving me troubles a few days ago, plus I don’t have anyone to call about it. I don’t want to blame my condo owner because I know that he would be here fixing my air conditioner today if he could. I don’t want to call an HVAC specialist because that would be really luxurious. I know that my condo owner would reimburse me for anything that the HVAC company charged, although I also know that my condo owner could maintenance the air conditioner on his own for much cheaper. I know I will just have to go without cooling system for a little while until my condo owner can come plus maintenance it, air conditioning is not a necessity, however it certainly is nice, plus I am going to miss having an air conditioner for these next couple of weeks. I am glad that my cooling system is at least laboring a little bit right now.
