My air conditioner is not working right.
I have never had problems with anything in my condo until this past week.
I entirely love my apartment. I have lived here for over ten years, plus I have nothing terrible to say about my proprietor or neighbors. I love it here. I thought for sure I would buy a condo by now, although I just don’t feel the need to because I entirely love where I live. My proprietor is a superb guy, plus he has always done everything that he can to make the living here superb for his tenants. I absolutely love him. Well, he just had a stroke a few mornings ago, plus he is in the hospital. He is trying to find someone to take care of problems at the apartments, although he has not had any advantage yet. Well, my air conditioner started giving me problems a few mornings ago, plus I do not have anyone to call about it. I don’t want to blame my proprietor because I know that he would be here fixing my air conditioner this week if he could. I don’t want to call an Heating plus A/C professional because that would be absolutely extravagant. I know that my proprietor would reimburse me for anything that the Heating plus A/C contractor charged, although I also know that my proprietor could service the air conditioner on his own for much cheaper. I know I will just have to go without air conditioning for a little while until my proprietor can come plus service it! Air conditioning is not a necessity, however it really is nice, plus I am going to miss having an air conditioner for these next couple of weeks. I am blissful that my air conditioning is at least working a little bit right now.
