Last year when I first moved into my current town, I had one main thing I wanted to do, which was to map out all of the local stores.
The reason why I wanted to do this is so I would know where everything was and I didn’t have to waste time searching.
I wrote down 2 shopping malls, 2 shopping centers, a game store, a music store, a HVAC store and quite a few fast food places. One of the places I visited was the HVAC store and while I was there, I ended up buying a few HVAC filters. The lady asked if I wanted to sign up for their newsletter, and I thought ah why not? After I signed up for their newsletter I got occasional emails from them advertising new HVAC technology in their store. I never really could benefit from them, until now. Since Christmas time was nearing, I was getting all kinds of good deals from stores. I was surprised when I checked my emails one day, and noticed that the A/C store was giving me a free gift! The free gift was a 6 month HVAC service plan, completely free. It was a thank you from the store for being a loyal customer. That was incredibly nice! I definitely planned on putting that HVAC service plan to good use, and to accept the gift I called the HVAC business and they had me set up for the service. I am supposed to have a HVAC specialist come out next Tuesday for HVAC maintenance, completely free, thanks to the service plan.
