We’re turning the garage into a study room

In a couple of months, both of us are going to be turning the garage into a new study room. I have been bugging our husband about getting us a new study room for a long, long time; He always says that both of us aren’t able to build any new living space onto the existing part of the home because of zoning problems that both of us would be having in the neighborhood. I don’t like the fact that there are all of these zoning laws as well as ordinances around here that both of us have to contend with. Anyway, since both of us couldn’t add on any extra space to the outside of the home as well as I still wanted to have a newer, larger study room, our husband had to suppose outside of the box. He decided that both of us would turn the garage into a new living space instead because that way, both of us wouldn’t have to worry about the zoning problems, the problem with that was the fact that the garage was never set up with heating as well as cooling ducts the way that both of us would need it to be in order to be additional living space for us. So now both of us are the lookout for a local heating as well as cooling contractor that will be willing to install the ventilation ducts as well as heating as well as cooling vents that both of us are going to need in the new study room. I assume that it’s not a normal sort of job, however I’m hoping that both of us will be able to find someone to do it for us without too much of a problem. I assume that once both of us get everything finished, both of us are easily going to like it. I just hope that both of us can get the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system to work the right way.
