I was just at the beach for my 9am swim & ran into my friends who were still up from the night before & still drinking, haha too funny.
I observed some people dressed in clubbing clothes & holding drinks this day & knew they pulled an all-nighter.
One of them was my rapper neighbor who I assume from performing shows & whatnot. They are in their early 20s doing the same thing I did 30 years ago. It made myself and others laugh. I told them I love to get my thrills now for free love a cold day swim. My central heat was cranking when I got back modern home from the swim & I am so grateful for it. I used to not have any heat in my old flat & I spent most of the time trying to stay hot in that site. I spend money more cash now for rent however have a much newer flat with central heat & air & that makes all the difference in the world! I don’t mind paying more if I am earning more because it is worth it to live in a stress free place that is both wash & quiet. I may get a roommate in a few weeks because my Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist neighbor is planning to move to this town soon. My bills will be a lot lower if I had a roommate although I am not totally sold on having one unless it is the right person. I’m sure he can supply myself and others a great a/c tune up if he moves in here.
