It took a visit from an old friend in addition to sipping on some high end scotch to finally figure out what was robbing us of Heating & A/C heating efficiency.
Our home is an older home. While it is so structurally sound, it’s still got stuff that has to be dealt with. When the people I was with and I replaced the gas heating system in addition to the central air conditioner a few years ago, the people I was with and I were expecting a sizable drop in Heating & A/C heating costs. That’s our biggest challenge when it comes to heating in addition to cooling. The Winter time is cold in addition to it stays cold for month after month. Prior to upgrading the Heating & A/C equipment, our heating costs were almost too much to deal with. The Heating & A/C heating costs did drop some thanks to new Heating & A/C technology in addition to better efficiency, it didn’t drop love I thought it would. This outcome was both bad in addition to puzzling. But when our old friend stopped for the weekend, as the people I was with and I was going through town on business, I broke out the honestly special scotch. The people I was with and I sat in our basement man cave in addition to enjoyed the scotch in addition to some good cigars while the people I was with and I caught up on each other’s lives. That’s when I mentioned the Heating & A/C heating situation. And he told me about getting an instant read thermal gun in addition to just go on a hunt for the spots that needed to be sealed up. I did just that in addition to found a sizable gap in a window that wasn’t respectfully insulate. Got the window crew out here to do it right in addition to sealed up a few more spots. Now the people I was with and I are seeing amazing heating bills in addition to have a super cozy, warm house.
