This year is no joke

In the summer, I enjoy many fun activities, but I try not to spend too much time in the sun because it can quickly become uncomfortable to be extremely hot and sweaty. During this summer however, it has been quite different, normally I would go outside for a short time and then return to my cool air conditioned house to relax before going outside again for a longer period. However, this summer has been exceptionally hot and I haven’t been able to go outside very often, if at all, as a result of the heat. The only thing I have been concerned with has been staying out of the heat as much as possible. In fact, I haven’t been able to take part in any summer activities as I normally would since the weather has been so hot outside. I can at least enjoy my cool, air-conditioned home and be comfortable inside. When the weather gets hot, my ductless mini split air conditioner works like a charm to cool down the house. My HVAC system works great in the hottest of temperatures. Since it’s cooler at night and I don’t have to worry about getting burned by the sun, I’ve started playing games outside at nighttime instead of during the day. As a result, I don’t have to worry about sweating or getting too hot. The fact that I haven’t been able to enjoy as much outside activity as I would like is worth it if it means I can enjoy my HVAC system more.
