Whenever I have an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist to the house, he leaves the work area, looking just appreciate he found it, but last week, the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist was making some minor repairs to the furnace, however he called myself and others down to show myself and others what he was doing & said he was going back to the office to get a small part, then sometimes, this happens, however when it does, they come back the same afternoon, then the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist didn’t come back that afternoon, & he didn’t call to tell myself and others when he would return.
- The worst area was that other than picking up his tools, he left a mess around the furnace… My kids playroom is in the basement, but i didn’t guess what any of the junk was, & I couldn’t let my kids down there with dirty rags laying about.
I called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor & told them my name, then asked when my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist was coming back. She said it would be some time the next afternoon, however that wasn’t relaxing enough. I wanted an exact time, because I had things I like to do doing. I couldn’t stand around all afternoon waiting for someone who had already been here. He said he just had to pick up a part, & he would be back. I then told her he left a mess in my basement, which is also my children’s playroom. She apologized for the mess & told myself and others she would have him at the condo no later than noon the next afternoon. If the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist isn’t here by noon, not only am I going to rip into him about the mess, however I would not spend money him for anything other than the part.
