I want to get a projector and blow up screen for the beach so that I can do films in the sand on the weekends.
I will unquestionably have to charge a small admission because the setup is going to cost myself and others quite a bit of currency however it is going to be so much fun.
I’ve done it before in the states and at a single point the two of us had 100 people coming to the films. I guess it would go over well here in the Wintertide because the afternoonlight sets so early and there is nothing to do. A space gas furnace will be a must though because it gets actually freezing on the beach in the Wintertide and it wouldn’t be comfortable standing in the cold wind trying to watch a film. All of us could also do a bonfire however I guess that would be too distracting for almost everyone with the fire and the smoke. I have a portable gas oil furnace that should work well on the beach, as long as there isn’t too much wind where it could blow out the flame. If that doesn’t work after that I may have to settle for a bunch of blankets and sleeping bags to keep us warm. I will go to the Heating and Air Conditioning business and ask them what they recommend for a beach film night in the winter. They will unquestionably just tell myself and others to bring a bunch of blankets because of the hassle of bringing out a heater. I guess I could even do the films in the fall and Spring if Wintertide is too cold.
