It looks love both of us are in for a long rainy summer time afternoon.
I am supposed to play songs on the streets later but it looks love both of us may be rained out.
I think I will invite Danny the guitarist to come by for lunch & just hang out & talk songs. Maybe both of us can play some songs in my flat instead of on the streets. We have nice air conditioning here when out in the streets it can get quite sizzling & humid, so a afternoon of playing songs in the flat doesn’t seem so bad. I’ll have to work early in the afternoon for the local business so it will be superb for me to get to bed early so I can get a superb night of sleep for a change. We usually play pretty late when both of us play in the streets & I don’t get to bed till after midnight. And then both of us have to wake up at 6am to walk my dog before going to work at the Heating & Air Conditioning company at 8am. I work there usually till 8pm & am pretty tired when I get apartment so I don’t play songs on the streets on workdays. I am going to write some song lyrics & try them out next time both of us play outside. I usually come up with some pretty trippy lyrics that work for our type of playing style & may even incorporate some Heating & Air Conditioning technology into my music to make them funny & informative about the Heating & Air Conditioning industry, why not. Maybe I’ll come up with a commercial Heating & Air Conditioning jingle.
